Eleven participants lie face down on the street where they block traffic and proceed to pound the pavement with the microphone one thousand times. The sound of each person’s actions is amplified through an amplifier. Each person can choose their own rhythm and intensity. The performance took place as part of the Suoni per il Pololo, at the Sala Rossa, June 9, 2008, 4848 boul. St. Laurent, Montréal.
