Participants lie face down on the street where they block traffic and proceed to pound the pavement with the microphone one thousand times. The sound of each person’s actions is amplified through an amplifier. Each person can choose their own rhythm and intensity.

The performance was part of Kill Your Timid Notion, Dundee Contemporary Arts, Dundee, Scotland, 21-28 February.
